Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

We deliver within Germany as well as to Austria, France and Switzerland.

Shipping costs including statutory VAT

For deliveries within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.

For orders of €79.90 or more we deliver free of charge within Germany.

For deliveries to Austria we charge shipping costs of €13.55 per order.

For deliveries to Switzerland we charge shipping costs of CHF 18.00 per order.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 3-4 business days after conclusion of the contract, or, where advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction.

Delivery to Austria takes place within 2-8 business days.

For deliveries to Switzerland, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service provider, customs clearance and delivery area.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
