Buying alcohol-free rosé wine – what to look for when choosing

Rosé wine holds its own position between red and white: fresher than most red wines, richer than a light white wine, and with a color that makes it an eye-catcher in the glass. The alcohol-free rosé in our range is a cuvée made from selected base wines from German vineyards. Like all our wines, it is dealcoholized using vacuum evaporation at around 30 degrees Celsius – a gentle process that reduces the alcohol to 0.0% vol. without unnecessarily impairing the aroma.

What distinguishes this alcohol-free rosé

The base consists of selected base wines from German vineyards, which are blended to create a harmonious cuvée with an inviting color. German base wines typically stand for a fresh, fruity style with good acidity – characteristics that give the rosé liveliness even without alcohol.

Rosé is by nature a versatile type of wine: it pairs with a wide range of dishes, can be chilled well and is easy to drink – this also applies to the alcohol-free version.

When is rosé the right choice?

If you can't decide between a structured red wine and a light white wine, rosé is often the right choice. It is suitable as an aperitif, with grilled vegetables, salads, light meat dishes or fish – and also cuts a fine figure on a summer table without a specific dish.
